JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF EFFICIENT FANS FOR FLOATING BELT OVENS IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH THE EBNER GROUP

As a key account customer, the EBNER Group is one of the long-standing regular customers of Scheuch COMPONENTS GmbH. EBNER is a global family-owned company and market leader in heat treatment systems for the steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metal industries.
The company’s central concern: the cooling process for their levitation band furnaces must take place quickly. Through joint development work, an optimal type of fan for the air cooling process was developed. Subsequently, the production of the so-called “quench centrifugal fans” with a direct drive for the supply and exhaust air started. This is how boundless performance was created through a successful interaction between EBNER and Scheuch COMPONENTS!

After implementation, joint workshops followed and both technical and economic reviews took place in order to be able to efficiently drive further development.
Our Senior Sales Manager Roman Stüber, who joined Scheuch in 1990 with an apprenticeship as a machine fitter, makes a significant contribution to this optimal partnership. Since then he has always remained loyal to the company. With 32 years of Scheuch experience, he not only knows the internal processes inside out, he also knows the requirements of his customers very well.
