Pneumatic, electric or mechanical flap control possible
As in the case of dampers and butterfly valves from Scheuch COMPONENTS, our pendulum flaps and double pendulum flaps can also be operated in a number of different ways. Pneumatic, electric or mechanical actuators can be used to open, close and adjust the pendulum flaps. And the customization options are not limited to flap actuation – other functions and structural features can be adapted to specific customer requirements as well.

At Scheuch COMPONENTS, we can develop and build pendulum flaps with any dimensions. The largest flaps that our company has produced to date measured 622 x 622 mm. Our pendulum flaps and double pendulum flaps are able to withstand the strain involved in channelling and separating materials and can endure thermal loads of up to 250 °C in pressure difference chambers such as those found in filter systems.
