Customer-specific solutions
We develop customer-specific solutions for many different applications and in all possible sizes. Our experts are keen to tackle even the most unusual of dimensions. The largest valve, damper & flap developed by Scheuch COMPONENTS features a diameter of 6.5 metres. Mechanical, electric and pneumatic actuators are available as options for valve, damper & flap control.
Scheuch COMPONENTS pendulum flaps
Thanks to their flexible design, our pendulum flaps are used primarily for channelling and separating free-flowing bulk materials into and out of pressure-difference chambers such as filter systems. What’s more, they can easily withstand temperatures of up to 250 °C. Our pendulum flaps are also available in wear-resistant designs.
Scheuch COMPONENTS butterfly valves
Our butterfly valves are largely leak-proof when closed (99.5 % of the valve surface) and reliably release or block the flow of gases. The use of maintenance-free plain bearings enables excellent chemical resistance, a low coefficient of friction and a wide range of temperatures up to 300 °C.
Scheuch COMPONENTS dampers
We have designed innovative dampers to restrict the flow of gases which enable our customers to adjust the flows to the operating conditions in question. The sturdy damper casings are made from steel sheeting with fixed flanges and can resist a maximum temperature of 300 °C. Maintenance-free plain bearings ensure that our dampers operate smoothly. And it goes without saying that in addition to our standard products in this area, we also offer a variety of solutions which can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
