A common goal: reuse of plastic waste
Around one million tonnes of plastic waste accumulates in Austria every year. Recycling this waste and feeding it back into the production cycle is therefore an essential step towards sustainability and reducing the impact on the environment. This approach decreases demand for new raw materials and conserves valuable resources. In addition, harmful chemicals are prevented from being emitted and less of a burden is placed on landfill sites. Encouraging the reuse of plastics is therefore vital as a way of combating pollution, protecting the climate and safeguarding a sustainable future.
For this reason, we are especially proud that our rotary valve is part of efforts to reuse plastic waste thanks to its use by our customer Innplast, a company based in Waldzell, Upper Austria.

Innplast processes post-industrial plastic waste and converts it into valuable plastic granulate. As part of this process, the zsl 0315 rotary valve ensures that the material required to produce the granulate is conveyed and dispensed, guaranteeing first-class product quality.
This high-quality raw material enables new products to be manufactured from recycled material and, in doing so, makes an important contribution to the sustainable conservation of our environment.

Our zsl rotary valve is the perfect solution when it comes to discharging, dispensing or transporting free-flowing dust, high-volume chips or light fibres. Equipped with rotor blades featuring antistatic and elastic rubber sealing lips, this rotary valve provides ultimate efficiency and reliability. The rotor blades are built into a bolted casing and can also be replaced to ensure maximum flexibility.
